Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AGRIMINE.io platform, protocol, smart contracts, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, investors, producers, ambassadors, hub operators, and any other participants in the AGRIMINE ecosystem.

2. Description of Services

AGRIMINE.io provides a decentralized protocol offering four financing rails:

• Rail 1 — Working Capital: DAO-funded crowdlending settled in stablecoins (USDT, eEUR, USDC) within 72 hours, enabling smallholder cooperatives to raise pre-harvest funding through on-chain Working Capital Notes.
• Rail 2 — Ecosystem Services: Automated Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) disbursement verified through satellite data and Ambassador ground-truth validation, rewarding farmers and miners for measurable ecological restoration.
• Rail 3 — Traceability Premium: DID-verified supply chain traceability enabling producers to earn premiums for certified sustainable practices.
• Rail 4 — Responsible Minerals: iTSCi-linked financing for artisanal and small-scale mining operations meeting responsible sourcing standards.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using AGRIMINE.io, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Users from jurisdictions where the use of decentralized finance protocols or cryptocurrency is prohibited are not permitted to use our Services.

4. Wallet Connection and Digital Assets

To participate in protocol activities, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. AGRIMINE.io does not have access to your wallet and cannot recover lost credentials.

All transactions on the AGRIMINE protocol are executed via smart contracts on public blockchains. These transactions are irreversible. AGRIMINE.io is not responsible for losses resulting from user error, smart contract bugs, network congestion, or market volatility.

5. Ambassador Program and Human Validation

Ambassadors are community validators who provide ground-truth verification of ecosystem outcomes and producer activities. Participation in the Ambassador program is subject to additional terms, including:

• Staking requirements: Senior Ambassadors must stake a minimum amount of protocol tokens as collateral for their validation activities.
• Slashing: Ambassadors who provide fraudulent, inaccurate, or malicious validations are subject to slashing — partial or full loss of their staked collateral.
• Deferred payments: Junior Ambassadors may receive a portion of their rewards on a deferred schedule, contingent on the accuracy of their validations over time.
• Incentive alignment: Ambassador compensation is designed to reward honest, accurate, and timely validation of ecosystem outcomes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or attack smart contracts or protocol infrastructure
• Provide false or misleading information in any validation, application, or submission
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activities
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Impersonate any person or entity, including AGRIMINE team members or Ambassadors

7. Intellectual Property

The AGRIMINE.io platform, including its design, code, content, trademarks, and brand elements, is owned by AGRIMINE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Smart contract code that is published as open source is governed by its respective open source license.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AGRIMINE.IO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGRIMINE.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS.

Participation in DeFi protocols involves significant risk, including but not limited to smart contract risk, regulatory risk, market risk, and liquidity risk. You acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your participation.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

10. Changes to Terms

AGRIMINE.io reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform and, where applicable, via email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
